My stay at Sterling Fern Hill Ooty was truly remarkable, with superb hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The views from my room were beautiful, and the service was outstanding, especially from Subrata and Jaya, who made my experience exceptionally smooth. However, the breakfast options could use improvement since they tended to be repetitive and not as fresh. Overall, it was like a home away from home, but the dining experience needs some attention to reach the same level as the service.
